How Video Becomes Analytics
Digeiz turns approved camera streams into aggregated insights through on-site processing and cloud analytics.
The platform connects to selected video sources, processes images locally on site, generates analytics in real time, and makes aggregated insights available through dashboards and APIs.

Step 1
1. Data starts from approved video sources
Digeiz works from selected camera streams provided by the client. Depending on the environment, these streams can come from existing CCTV cameras or from cameras dedicated to analytics. The platform can also integrate with video management systems, allowing organizations to build on their existing video infrastructure rather than replacing it.

2. Processing happens locally, on site โ and raw images are not the output
The most sensitive stage of processing happens on image processing servers deployed on the client site. Video frames are analyzed locally in real time, which keeps processing close to the source and avoids unnecessary circulation of raw visual data.
The value created by the platform comes from the analytics generated through processing, not from retaining raw visual content. Raw video does not become a cloud dataset.
Step 3
3. Images are transformed into analytics signals
Once the selected video streams are connected, the platform analyzes them in real time to generate counting, segmentation and pathway signals. It turns visual input into structured analytics events that can be used to measure traffic, journeys, dwell time and cross-visits.
Step 4
4. Aggregated insights are centralized in the cloud platform
Once generated locally, analytics are centralized in the cloud platform for storage, historical analysis and access across sites. Users interact with structured insights, not raw video, through dashboards, reports and APIs that support both business analysis and downstream integrations.
